Right guys we're down here today.
With Nick heads at Tourette's golf. And we've got a little treat for you hearing it talk us through this this is in my opinion the world's most exotic stroke expensive golf shaft on the market it's made by a Japanese company called old itch matrix holes it it's a TP six HD. And and by all accounts astute ram telegram how much retailing for approximately $1,700 ostraka thousand pounds oh my god so is a thousand pound shuffle white Nick's had 1700 roughly dollars. For a shaft correct Wow I'm Nick we're talking before you can get the matching three get the track. For three good a viable is correct even seven would nine would you name it forget in your bottle. And you know what why why is it. So expensive and exotic ok well the material they use the material that they're using this particular shaft is very very expensive they also use a lot of material. So the expense goes up and you know spec wise it's a very low top golf shaft so there's very little twist rhythm exactly accurate and comes in various different weights and various different flexes and very low spinning very tight dispersion that will be the hallmarks with an expensive yeah. So the and it has to be bright colored and funky I love the part this has got some Japanese writings it's on here direct direct maximum brand exposure you know different colors certainly helps to sell shops it also helps to visualize a chef with a particular tool plays using it so we've got I'm not sure of quite a lot of club players use it and sometimes from a distance might just look like a Whitechapel when you get a bit closer about a lot of the guys have got these in one link we're saying before about the talking kind of in simplest terms off-centered strikes the golf shaft twist lacquer so if you hear it more from the total left or the heal that the twisting is supposed to be much less its supposed to spin less. And I want to test it up against today.
My current drive which is the telemedicine there are 430 head. And I've got I've got Diamandis after they kindly shaft which is you said it's quite my shaft if it's a good chap this will be my goal to shaft. For for a good exotic shaft it can adjust what it says on the tin low spinning. And relatively expensive so we good at the above go up against each other we've got flowery design against Japanese design that's really good efforts like I've you know I've never hit this shot but I mean I'm really looking forward to hitting it Nick's been kind enough also to put a tailor-made sleeve on it. So I can actually put it into my own head driver. So we can test it up against each other we've got trap man. And GC - I'm gonna be using GC two figures because you you guys watching more used to seeing the figures of me there it does use trap. And down here which is the key to the continuity I'm gonna use GC 2 figures today.
I'm hitting real 3 real pro b1 golf balls. And Michael first I'm going to give you that I don't want to drop it I think you took before the video we kind of dropped it accidentally kicked it up we hit the balls like that don't scratch it. So hopefully fingers crossed I don't hit it very well but don't want us about not watch others jump right so I'm going to hit three of your three goals first with mine we have some figures on it that will hit thee the Khazar t1 the matrix of it is it close it close it I say Supt self nice carry two seven six spoon at 2300. And it was only a yard. But I will kind of straight line really. So we'll take that every day I would them feel quite as good I don't think I hit up on the mainly one two seven one two thousand seven hundred spin to it there. And there about I was out to probably a little bit higher spinning. But while I was used to hit on this shot. So I didn't hit it quite as middle I'm getting a bit nervous about trying this there there's a expensive one well that's a bit of an oddball flight booked two thousand eight hundred and two six one of carry distance so I'm gonna pass it over to knit it's going to swap a home. For me cannot I won't look at some of the figures of our next.
Doing that and probably not the best hitting golf shots I've ever hit in my life 2600 spin it's carried at about two six six average it's a little bit less than what I would normally hit out for you know that with me hitting it and I'm warm I've hit some shots already so it's a complete comparison I'm going to press it up against 1700 powered shot next..
And open hopefully you're like I know I know Nick's hoping I will I'm not I got two inch drop you guys okay I'll take - I'm going with Drive where you drive. So I mean feel wise it's always visually you know regular octave shot we've got kind of sensation more business it's the big night went it right now. So I suppose it's a bit like dealing with you know even just sat inside a Ferrari if you haven't meet excitement you're in an expensive car it's a bit like this as soon as you book us in the gold cover you look down at it it's straight away it kind of feels yeah fantastic I mean it's great that we use numbers to back up our argument. But also feel is very important make sure all the way you're getting out your feedback from this chat. So I said this one first Oh awful that did feel a bit ice as is carried further already still sort of are the same 2700. But the sensation of that shock was very different to obvious Ilana I progressed I don't really deal with a great deal of goth shot it's not something that not my forte let's say. So you know when I was tested shut before smoking that felt very similar to each that fell solid it felt things okay they didn't feel like it have a you know how I can't glued straight ahead okay which was not good. So I felt pretty nice it's not going quite as far against one up a little bit higher. So I'm gonna go one more we've got three thousand spin two five nine carry distance give it one more come on oh you want me to get this wrong I did feel quite nice good a penny mobility hit some coil I thought is the chakra setting that. So we've got a 3500 two five seven not quite as far I think I might have saved myself a thousand answered which is quite good. So if we look at some of the data I throw a lot on screen for you we've got first off and the expensive on the the make the matrix Oz it it's 260 to carry distance which I sell probably not as far as I would normally hit what probably until it maps with greatest ever today.
It's spinning at about 3,000 I would normally spin up where my driver at the moment we're on 2600 slightly less. And to 6/6 carries slightly slightly more it could be the fact that I'm just maybe not usually with the feel was sensational good thank God I thought I could did that let me do the other like really quickly when you jump highlights guys that there are shafts out there the design you know. For the absolute precision of loads of fantastic quality less and not that shaft without question will sue you god forbid if it does [ __ ] tsuya I feel sorry. For you but it's definitely a shot that if you're coming down and seeing Nick down here it's definitely one if you're in that kind of you know you like to shop so now I've got a thousand pound shop definitely wanted to try out and looks great feels fantastic for me didn't quite suit me to put up a little bit higher than their folding fighting at the distance but it's a shock that's definitely worth trying thank you very much but Nick appreciate that I'm a hundred percent going to give you a comeback guys if you wanna check out Nick on this twisty can be down here also if you want to come down here to the nominal facility.
