All right guys welcome back to a new video today.
I'm going to take on two golfers mia baker. And hannah davis they're gonna play as a scramble i'm gonna play it on my own we're gonna play five holes and see what the outcome is gonna be no shots same t's. And how scramble works they get to choose their best shot now mia you've not been playing golf an awful long time you've got good very very fast well i'm trying my best compared to when i last saw you i have got a lot better that was terrible well that's a bonus. And hannah being a golf professional herself but more of a coach yeah not really played that much. So i was just warning me alone. And you guys have been down here practicing the scramble technique for hours only last week you spent a full week together over in geneva so i feel like you you might be on the same wavelength this week well hopefully yeah i think we're professional scramblers professional scramblers without further ado let's get to it first of all marriage worthy park me versus mia. And hannah okay. So first hole far for 370 yards just getting three hand down there driving can get you in trouble on this first hole [Music] just over the hill the benefit. For you girls you can be attacking as you want yeah we are because all you need to do is get one in play scramble works they both tee off choose the best shot. And then.
They'll both play their ball from the same location and that continues till they finish the hole and we'll play match play five holes we're taking this very seriously where that little bird is no like that side like the bunk on the left [Music] that's actually okay it's safe it's findable feeling quite competitive dude i thought what's different there mia you are quite a competitive person what do you it's think be fine as long as it doesn't stop the bunkers let's have a look at that one okay. So we've gone for mia's ball so you can prop it up oh we can't yeah you can put it up you can have a little bit of leeway you can put it within a club length oh really i like your rules keep it friendly it's going to be about 170 to the front from here a couple of bunkers to contend with i'm up on left hand side just over that hill swing not a bad spot oops yeah that's actually okay it'll be it'll be findable okay i'm just going to pull something out here okay we're going to hit hybrid i've gone. For a hybrid how do you get there with this what club is it's like a four yeah yeah because it will run it's dried out a little bit okay. So i'm down the left-hand side here 138 yards left in i'm here pitching wedge the girls are just front right not in a bad spot to be honest they could easily get up. And down from there and certainly with two attempts at it so i can't make any errors here i want to play too aggressive i'm just going to land it short the green. Or on the green button short off [Music] so last time we filmed with mia she was very new into the game of golf since that she's won a big time golf tournament this is true i'm going to put the po i'm going to put the putting now you had this put to get into the play-off. And your captain then.
Won the actual aramco series event yeah what i would say is my play on the course can be a bit random. But my putting is good right mia hannah little chip from the side of the green here oh i like it philly flop that was a bad oh it went really loud it was great good technique okay. So after actually missing the green i actually thought i'd got to the front edge but i've actually missed it this is not an easy putt from here i need to nestle this close the girls have got about kind of 12 footer. For par so i don't want to do anything silly here let's get off the go okay both put some power now if they hold theirs big big pressure on me to hold mine it's good come on [Music] to win the hole in the end there that's not the greatest golf in the world whole half in fives okay. So we're actually playing a improvised par three here the second hole we're gonna shorten it to a par three 97 yards mia [Music] oh my gosh that was good fancy just put a little bit of sauce on it just a little bit delayed backspin i'd like to say i meant to do that i'm gonna be honest with you i didn't i kind of slightly thinned it. And luckily it got a lot of spin they're usually the best ones yeah they had i had a lot of spin on it then.
That's a really good strike looks good that was such a good stride okay neil what are you going with pitching wedge oops what is happening to me the pressure she might be able to win golf tournaments say i think i'm hustling literally that's terrible isn't it a ramco series all the playoff port no worries. But i'm just good at finding good teams so i'm on the green got about six footer it looks like they have to take hannah she's on the green which is the bonus. But it's the long put downhill bit of a bit of a tricky one but again we've got two attempts at it i've only got one it's all about the pace on this one oh it looks good it looks very good the flag oh great line was exceptional speed was just a fraction a fraction fast you got you got a pacer now lee you know what you're looking at come on down that hill that's actually doing really really good oh not quite that good though be interesting to see which one's closest i feel like somewhere between the both of you then.
Would have been absolutely spot-on hannah went four feet long you went four feet short in the middle overshooting panda's in a good spot i think hannah's is the one you'd go. For okay to go up in the match left to right not a lot of up. Or down maybe a tiny bit more left hand side i'm gonna hit it firm oh this one all square through to just have the drama in there all square through two third hole par four hardest on the golf course uh 401 yards off this tee i'm gonna hit three which i want to kind of shape it over that bunker it should be pretty good i'll take that one i'll take that one no that's fine [Music] [Music] okay the girls have gone. For hannah's tee shot great position 185 left into the green hannah's gonna take one more club so like a three hybrid that's the one okay easy get there with this chase you know what that's actually not a terrible miss i know you didn't catch it great a little bit of a chunk. And run there just sure the green's fine so what's this a five wood seven seven one [Music] go on chase chase it's gone well done that's really good well done often i could have put a bit more welly on it but a bit more welly she's a bit of a scaredy cat okay 137 yards considering i came up short with my pitching wedge on the first i'm going to hit 99. But not a full one greens are soft i can fly all the way there oh i've not struck it great travel travel travel travel took too much off it's not my favorite shot that one have to take a bit too much off it in the words of mia baker i didn't give it enough welly i think the difference between me. And you is your experience on the golf course like you have got a billion more. And you can just any shot you just hit well whereas i get flustered i hit one bad shot. And then.
I just said they think i'm snowball effect. So that's yeah. And then.
I put a lot of pressure on myself and i'm like people think i should be good. And then.
I think people think i should be good. But then.
People might not even think i should be good. So you need to reset just literally take one shot at a time so we've taken me a second shot very very similar spots this is a fair fair competition at the moment it's all gonna be down to who can get it up. And down they've got obviously two attempts at it i've only got the one you know what again great technique oh i like it oh very oh you played with a lot of loft oh yeah yeah okay. So hannah's in closest there they've got nice little uphills pretty straightforward for par i'm just off the side of the green here i've got i want to ship it i would normally put this but i'm going to try. And get rid of that rick trying to get rid of rick putting off the green a little 50 degree oh maybe i should go back to rig putting off the green the girls have got me at the moment i'm further away both putting for power that was a bad chip okay up the hill fairly flat just gotta be confident with this one i was gonna do a little walk. But i wasn't quite fully sure if it was going to go in the hole right hannah near to half the hole [Music] yes does it miss she doesn't that's very good three holes played match still all square okay fourth hole part three down the hill. So far on the first had one three eight into the pin on the last hole i just had one three seven and now this pin again it's one three seven now so far i've done terrible from that distance i'm not sure if that's an omen so this time i'm going to hit a heart a firm nine iron i think is drawing away [Music] it's on the green. But that is a mammoth across the green horrible situation i would say with two shots at it mia. And hannah are definitely in the driving seat right now [Music] oh be very good be very good oh i just brought her a game she just stuck it to about four foot away okay mia hannah's taking the pressure off here [Music] front edge of the green probably closer than me okay. So i'm on the green but as thought a long way away the girls are i must admit it's not super super close there's a bit of breathing space in there maybe of about six foot. But um i'm right across the green here luckily for me it's not any higher up that made the break much more severe it's gonna be off the left-hand side speed's still gonna be key [Music] oh that's going to be down near you right hannah mia this is the time make a birdie here on the fourth this is it this could be the the game one up with one to go par five coming up as our last hole this could make a massive impact on the match [Music] just a little bit it was definitely firm okay mia dirty [Music] okay that's a give me you can have them ones thank you okay ha to keep the match at all square with one to go slightly right to left up the hill taking it down one to go match all square fifth oh par five matches all square uh bringing the big boy out bring the driver out it's a slight dog leg left to right i mean this could either be middle of fairway iron into the green. Or trouble let's hope it's the first oh it looks great still be minus [Music] that is absolutely perfect nice shot well done let's see the real mia baker right now let's see uh she's not come out today.
Let's see a real good drive [Music] five yards left of target line one thing i've noticed about mia she's not been playing along. But her expectation levels are right up there i think she does a lot better i think she's a lot better than she gives us that credit. For okay second shot into par five. For hannah and mia they're in a nice spot um left side of the fairway uh i think you're probably uh 250 away yeah from here it's gonna be a big way are you hitting three wood um it's forward okay if you can get one down there. And get it chasing there's half a chance yep mega strike sounded like a bullet it's a bit fading that'd be okay there it's a little bit down the right hand side. But we'll be within 70 yards of the green oops similar line to hammers must be some strong wind over that way i think it was a bit gusty were you playing around the wind like that there's not a breath okay second shot into this par five. For myself bit a nice drive middle of fairway 213 yards away it's a horrible yard it's like it's not quite well no i think it's probably a full five i've not hit everything not hit anything to the pin. Yet today.
It's a nice five iron come on let's make something happen last hole birdie could just clinch it eagle could definitely clinch it oh it's drawn left stay on the safe bit oh that's gonna be a nasty little chip from there you know okay hanamir down the right hand side oops left where am i going well it was well it was really well you actually struck it really nicely okay um we've had a slight situation here this is my ball that is absolutely disgusting because if you come right around you'll see this i actually almost can't play at the flag flag's over there i've almost got to play with the line of the bunker i think i can probably land it here. And if i can land it there there's half a chance it might roll down the hill. But had a ramire putting for birdie this is my third shot. So i've got to give myself a chance of birdie here i was going to shuffle my feet in there on my own grass there's nothing to shuffle off i might shout this if i don't catch this well played that was some tough i did not envy that shot gotta put. For birdie and i'm just just closer to the mirror and hannah so one of these puns i just need one to drop and it absolutely puts the pressure on me because i've got to hold mine then.
To half they don't hold on gives me half an opportunity to potentially pinch this match [Music] okay to win the march [Music] i think it's gonna be the best one of the best sunsets ever that was it incredible scenes that's it guys match all square after five holes be sure to check out mia.
