Right guys the driver the xr driver been looking forward to this so this is the x2 replacement x2 hot replacement um looks wise it's not massively different from below you've got the ribbed technology which they've used in the new alpha. And you've got some speed bump areas over here like i said callaway guys haven't told me what these are even called i don't want to call them turbulators that would be from a different brand they look similar to that. But not as sharp so a little bit of a road i'm guessing to reduce drag it's got to be about that it's adjustable you can move up. And down lofts um when it's big hitting when i've adjusted just a minute ago it's big hitting i've got an extra stiff shaft the rogue dealer which i've had in my tireless before so i know it's a good shaft got gc2 hitting real golf balls let's give it a smash so i say it looks wise behind it's got a big dark black finish those two kind of ridges the arrow pointing forward with the callaway ro very subtle in its design so it feels pretty good let's give it a hit so good off the face good off the face fantastic spin 2 000 spin for 273 carry so i've only got carry distance today.
Guys. So that'll be on knocking on the door of about 290 probably on my sim maybe 295. let's go a couple more yeah that's the shot that's the shot okay good numbers 278 carry distance. For 2400 or 2500 spin but felt very not a comfortable hitting felt easy to hit i said i've got this in the this is a not the stock shaft only because the stock shaft x might be a little bit soft i felt pretty good let's go two more oh that's gotta be awesome oh wow that felt amazing 275 carry i don't know what they've done with this xr range i said it with the irons said it with the hybrid set up with the fairways they feel buttery they do they feel soft off the face. And i said before i'm not being held at ransom you know the callaway guys are here. But i'm not this is just me on my own reviewing it on the corner don't tell me anything about this club it's got one last one just no curvature at all absolutely nutted oh my goodness me right i'm gonna show that last of this um. So give me some data ball speed 160 which is about where i should be with a real ball um launch angle at 14 degrees spin rate averaging at 2198 it's pretty impressive um backspin numbers oh i was backspin 2 200 average average carry. So bear in mind this is carrie. So you could look back at some of the videos and see what the average carry was on some of the shots i know i'm normally getting into 300 total distance 280 carry. So my predictions that would be rolling up to about 200 on my simulator the last one though was 293 carry i just caught it sweet as a nut high enough the top of the face under 2 000 spin 15 degree launch 293 carry. And just felt incredibly soft weirdly butterly soft right awesome let's see if i can carry one over 300 just to finish this video i'll go. For one let's say so as the average of me just hitting normal i have been just hitting balls with james stadlowski so my lung now is nothing really nothing.
