Okay roundup of day four was the hardest day. So far without even a question i know i keep saying that but i woke up with a suspected fractured foot that's right i thought it was game over. But after a bit of icing a bit of an examination plenty of painkillers we went and walked and we walked and we walked managed to get 20 odd miles in yesterday which was pretty impressive not much going on just nice scenery. But the icing on the cake was arriving at glen eagles beautiful place with again about 30. Or 40 fans they're showing support amazing we're now over 60 000 pounds raised as well thank you everybody join me tomorrow as we're getting closer to the finish line on day number five.
