Decided to earn our tea so we went on a 10k run around the golf course around the town your pace was pretty impressive all right we went down again round the golf course back into town near this bit of the harbor at the front. And we ran back into town we did our 10k we beat 50 minutes we did. And we burnt off enough calories to go and [Laughter] burnt off enough calories to go and have a pizza.
