And limited edition scottie cameron putters now i've never owned a limited edition or rare scotty cameron let's see if i can tempt him to sell one to me [Music]. And just like that we're down here at prairie sports village here with paul and paul you have brought a phenomenal selection of scotty cameron potters here yep now i mentioned to you on the phone i'm very interested in buying one off you today.
If you are willing to sell that certain ones aren't. For sale rick so this bag this isn't for sale this isn't for sale no amount of money will take any of these off me we'll have a look at that bag as well. But we've got an unbelievable collection um i almost kind of don't know where to start that bag catches my eye is this the my girl collection yeah this is the mara gail collection inspired from uh scotty cameron's daughters. So there's a flavor of all sorts of things here different styles of putter in essence they're made specifically for ladies look at this this is crazy. So a little bit of like how's your story how did you start kind of collecting scottie cameron's what's the what's the fascination about him well i think uh overall scotty's ethos to get the the best materials. And the best design possible it's not about the cost it's about being the best at what he does being a golf professional. For 25 years i was fortunate enough to be able to start collecting them myself. And being in the business it means that i get access to them as well give me a price range what we're looking at what's the cheapest and what's the most expensive in this lineup typically your scotty cameron first of 500 which are limited selections they basically are in-line putters. But with a little bit of a stamping on the face and limited head covers and they would be you know three to five hundred pounds okay going up the scale some of this stuff you're into a couple of thousand. And perhaps more really right so this bag is going to kill me to look through. But this is the bag i cannot buy. And there's so many nice head covers in here the ones that catch my eye straight away i want to look at is this one cash is kink this is a scottie cameron tour only this is a circle t am i right in saying that he's a tour use only right tour use only not something that again available. For sale but you can more than happy touch feel. And uh admire next.
I'm gonna look at is this one with the smiley face. And i just got attracted to the head covers oh wow scotty cameron for tour use only experimental prototype wow big square back newport that is class my particular favorite. And not because it's pretty current but the rory uh 2012 limited release 989 pieces um lovely egg cover limited edition roy macaron's signature this is gorgeous wow this is obviously brand new out on the market justin thomas a little bit of a nice touch there with the head cover i think he's got 13 tour wins now. And he's used this to win 12 of them it's like fine art when you look at this it's fine arts yeah it is gorgeous this is where i want to go next..
So a little bit of a mix here of of again current and uh old collectible stuff again let's start with the current one the terillium limited release classic even going back to 1989 when the first lot of tier williams came out again have a look at that that is a beautiful piece of workmanship one that's caught my eye is this one with the playing card logos on the top what is it called the casanova yep concept casting over that's a bit of me yeah more a bit of a blade style putter absolutely i am not buying this. For function i am buying it purely yeah just to start off a collection in the future i love that yeah that is one that i definitely want to have a little try of next.
One that's caught my eye is this one i quite like the subtleness of the head cover it's like it's kind of worn down is that the style. Or is that actually where style yeah no it's it's a pure leather kid uh head cover oh very very very very special special release the butter back delmar oh that's a good looking putter before i pick my footer that i'm going to buy i'm going to pick your putter that you could win in this bag we've got the first 500. For this colourful one my girl phantom and then.
Last but not least the delmar bottom back which by the way looks unbelievable so they're the four putters i've chosen to give a little bit of a test to see how they feel now i know i'm not buying this putter particularly for performance i might never even use this putter but i'm also really intrigued just to see how they roll anyway the my girl ones catch my eye a little bit one because of the colours and two i have obviously got a wife and two daughters and a son at home so maybe i'll hand them down the line one day let's give these a little roll and see which one catches my eye the most [Music] scottie cameron's are unbelievably collectible. For many different reasons sometimes it's about the limited numbers that are released. But they are all works of art um they are engineered to the highest standards uh. And also the engineer to suit certain putting strokes so you know you are getting something that's functional as well within that. But most people actually like to just have them at home in their office as a piece of them to admire and to say i've got one of these they're rare they're a bit of a status symbol and uh yeah that's why most people like them as well as being functional [Music] right i think i've made a decision from one of those four that caught my eye the most now don't forget guys i'm also gonna buy this one off paul to give away to one of the subscribers make sure you like leave a comment subscribe to the channel now the one i've gone.
