Alright guys we've got a head-to-head this is one that's been asked. For its the Titleist 915 d2 driver against the pink g30 driver so I'm going to a longest drive on the golf course on the simulator software I'm on the same holes that the head-to-head with the d3. And the SL they are. So you might even be able to compare these two against the two that I've test already what I've previously tested these two must admit that not as long as the d3 and the D and the SL they are. But on the day they might get a rock out there so with the GC 2 I'll be able to show you how it's been hit and it has to hit the fairway to count it has to hit the fairway I mean real golf balls. And making this fair test as fair as possible Cal now I've been fitted by both these two golf balls by the manufacturer we've got the d2 this in ten and a half degree extra stiff I'll dealer rogue shaft so this is a pretty stiff shaft the reason why it was actually distress because the club battery was increased that much against the G 30 now they put me in the stiff tore shaft with this. And ten point five degrees I've gotten both set as neutral and let's see how they get on I'm going to go Titleist first let's go Titleist dd2 first this is the bigger headed Titleist 460cc had shallow faced big back to it. And let's see how far it from going like. So it has to hit fairway to count that's a great start it's a phenomenal start I've hit that really nicely is it going to stay on the fairway it is. But it's short it's not massive and that felt good - seven - let's have a look at some numbers on that where the spin rate is a bit high yeah. So the ball speed was good spin rate was a bit bit little bit too high there I must admit. And the smash factor was down yeah I still still [ __ ] hit the middle on that one then.
I must admit might just be an opener might just be luring the g30 into a false sense of security that first ones let's go ping g30 with turbulator 'he's on top helping with club at speed it's nice shotgun very nice shots down the fairway 272 is this benchmark. So far two seven three is one you have further one yard. For these clubs compared to that's a little bit more off the bottom spin rate was high again. And the smash wasn't brilliant wasn't super anyway there's two shots in the fairway so they've started off they've started their campaign let's say two seven two Titleist 2003 the pink one yard in it but the down the fairway right now I can start start going. For these ones now that's going to miss their way that's going to miss fairway. So that was a little bit off the toe oh just missing oh it just missed as well. And it's a much better distance and it just missed fairway so that doesn't count the spin rate was significantly better ball speed was high smashed France was good even though I caught the toe ever-so-slight there. So it's got potential to be big the Titleist but it didn't hit the fairway on that occasion so at the moment pink still leading it's had the longest shot down the fairway right g30 let's give this another smash that's a very similar shot to the Titleist I might prefer the left are these two just going going the same shot each time ha ha that's dead that's under the tree dreadful golf shot Rick no way near the distance that I need it to go right. So last round last round between the Titleist and the pink they've not they've not massively smashed any records yet but let's see which one is going to go farthest out the 2. So let's go and got 915 d2 for its final golf shot so d2 for its final shot I think it's got the potential going really long it's just got to find the fairway if it's found the fairway that's big it's down the fairway stay on the fairway stay on the fairway oh it as is it big oh it's big big that's more like it Titleist 306 306 yards. And in fact not still not middle middle middle a little bit out the toe right 306 so the pings not at its best day so far can it catch up on this final shot 306 to beat down the fairway if it comes back on the fairway that could be good it starts turning starts turning starts turning starts turning carry the bunker oh it did carry a bunker ah ah then.
Done turn a bad strike there right after toe of the club thought about showing as well not only the the length of these drivers. But also the forgiveness of these drivers oh well Titleist fair fair competition you've won you've hit that ball the longest 306 was the total distance of the longest down the fairway I have seen the ping perform better in tests I have whether it's ever going to get the 300 mark I'm not quite sure like some of the Titleist. Or the SLD ours when hit well but I know often tell me that wasn't brilliant but it's not massively off the fairway so guys that was just a little bit of an eye-opener - which one of these two golf clubs is traveling longest one hit okay I didn't hit them the best ever in the world.
