Guys part three of the match at worsley park marriott manchester united what's that face focus face oh my god you're one up i need to be focused right we're on the i can't remember all 16 16 par four ever slight dog leg so the two bunkers there they're on the fairway and then.
The kind of hole goes this way somewhere so you've got to sit just over the bunkers and to the right pete's currently one up if you've not seen part one and part two yet go and check them out by clicking the links here and here part one part two going to check them out guys um. And currently one down with three to play we've got a short par four then.
This one's relatively short then.
A really short power four drivable one and a par five here at the uh woodsy park marriott right grandpa after you he's got the big stick out he's going. For it silly decision silly decision this is a tight tee shot. But i guess what i've got as well the driver wants he'll carry those bunkers easy do a video on course hit driver everywhere yeah perfect great shot nice golf shot yep good shot cheers all right i'm determined not to let this slip after me rick i gotta be honest i've always had it up in here every friday. And saturday night folks i never had the match up from here no gorek straight over those bunkers there all right big boy he's called it he has called it now has he got the length to get that well that's another i-25 that's not going back in the shot right pete perfectly on the fairway. And there's me just there it's a little bit further on all right pete first so he's got how far away wonder what you're liking these yards you say 110 110 108 it drive everywhere and get 110 left in right and we are playing off the white. So this is not a short golf course. So it just shows what's up all right so we've hit fairly decent tee shots right grumpy pin looks this is a double tear green it looks like it's on the back okay same shows last doesn't seem as bad down here. But i think up there it is it's got a little bit of breeze off the right the pins just there is it there is it there oh it's just it's on the it's on the uphill just on that uphill all right it's all right i really took that personally there well wait. So you're what four yards further on we'll call you three two where you got further off what you got throw it up there oh you certainly throw the eye enough i'm on the front with you similar yeah very very similar maybe a bit too high manchester airport to change its flight paths after that one went up try. And get something to stop yeah could teach virgin galactic a thing. Or two after that okay. So up on the green rig 100 yards away 100 yards away so we've probably got about an eighth of that left uphill put to the pin right over the crest not an easy one two put is a good result from here i think do we agree rick absolutely good too. But gopro's up there to record it if he does drop in if got it there just about i feel like i needed a full swing i got it there right then.
Pete yeah i'm past the pin quite a bit past the pin actually. But i said what you can't probably appreciate is how down. Or uphill that we were playing it from was there. So give myself half a chance anyway let's see what pete does from here he's in the driving seat currently he's one up let's see if he can uh get a better result nailed it nailed it now that oh good put sir there we go puck have that one oops thank you right. So i need to hold this in fact i need to hold it it'll be dormie it'd be door me if you miss but you know what rick you're not gonna miss this good i like it you're not going to miss this lot as well that putter is now hot i don't know why i did it with a spanish ha ha good putt mate good put good job call me very good job this is what i like to see two more left one up two more short drivable path four next..
And then.
Quite a tough well not super tough part five last oh but it should be for interesting viewing so stay tuned guys i was a demonstration of how to drive it well. But not really play the wedges very well 17th easiest hole in the golf course 284 yards we've got it's dead straight as you would imagine for that length uh green is gonna highlight the green it's about there the pin is just in that corner a couple of bunkers to protect it. But that's about it down there really not much more apart from that peace on the tee and he's got the big stick no surprise it's not a par three there's only one not much wind in this corner we're in the kind of corner of the t here. So we can't feel a great deal of wind but erican's a bit up there maybe a touch off the right and into um from what we've experienced from the past few holes so i think driver's a choice. And it landed on there a couple of tears in the scream that that pin looks like it's relatively in the middle let's do this do this 284 probably take a tiny bit off it oh it's coming back nice started right. But it's coming back is it there oh that's very good that is very good i got a great little kick forward as well nice shot if i don't think i could have actually hit any better than that direction-wise nice little draw. So rick good drive to follow there buddy you could do this dude you've been absolutely stunk in this drive today.
Honestly. And it sounds bad i'm a bit worried about if i absolutely loved it go too far i'm gonna try and hit this just to the right i did. And what wow if you'd had done that salute in 1944 that'd be a bit awkward oh come around yeah should be all right i think distance wise you're all right just a little bit too far right all right tricky tricky shot here not too far away front edge of the green level with the bunker just off to the right hand side now he's got an uphill shot what are you playing 58 58 can you actually see the pin from there yeah just about just about. So i'm going to go up to the t green even. So we're in out here a bit of room to work with between the top of that bunker and the pin but it's a tricky on this one you can't see the bottom of the hole within 10 15 foot be a decent result from here i think let's play it up bouncing on bounding on go on now come on down not a bad shot a little bit unlucky just didn't quite clip on as much as he'd hoped left himself a tricky putt as well. But the one shot everyone wants to see is my drive which is on the front edge of the degree this is a nice surprise different i absolutely stunk that just kicked off i think he was just kicking off that bunker. And it's just ended up here so not a bad shot happy with that pleasure to rick i was waxing lyrical about that drive a little bit yeah it's nice tee shot. So eagle put for pete great t-shirt into this so i was just to the right. But i'm not not overly impressed with that pitch i couldn't really see a great deal of flag but should have probably got it a bit closer to not knowing it peaks in joining out so pete with only this hole and the 18th left to play is one up currently if he holds this is a guarantee win this is to win i forgot this is to win the match good roll break great speed superb speed didn't leave your eagle put short which is good you can take that away sir. So good three i need to hold this hole it actually needs to hold it actually needs to hold it we'll have to go double or quits down the last so this is eric keep it going down the last the always deep down behind unlucky right good game good game good game good game mate oh lucky mate that was a good too fair it was good effort i'd i just pulled off a good shot yeah when i needed two that was all yeah i'm three under anyway guys stay tuned um. So we had a pint on it well we had a party so he's two pints now all right two plateau quits okay we're having a little uh a little double. Or quitter yeah two places i'm driving back well yeah. So stay tuned and we'll see if we can uh i can try look at our face smug face click like if you think pete deserves to win the match i've won it yeah if you think you deserve to win it all right i'll take two with it. Or whether i was unlucky very unlucky. So 18th hole here we go right champion oh you can call me that a bit often par five 504 yards broken next.
Ten. So the you might not be able so i'm not walking over 500 504 yards pretty much dead straight and then.
Just kind of turns over there somewhere but straight down the middle and then.
It's a a relatively longish club into the green which should be no problem. For us right pete go for it the block waits for a pike driver's at the door yeah shut up good shot was the last time you missed the fairway um i don't know part two actually in fact you played this whole already yeah that's true i've had a side through this fairway before defeat you're deciding the 13th fairway before as well the war quits i've just monstered that one i think i might actually be able to keep up with rick on this one heartbroken what would you be sorry mate i might not quite pick that up though you'd be heartbroken if i was past you because i hit that really nicely you know i've got a pretty good feeling i'll actually pass you on that one. So 250 to the pin for p 15. oh sorry 215 and i would say we're relatively level relatively speaking it depends what angle you look at i would say that's pretty level if i stand there i've gone pasture it's close it's close we'll call it that anyway it's huge to play first anyway so does it mean because you know just because i'm holding the camera right here 250 pin is there just in front of the clubhouse a couple of bunkers down there. But not too much wait him pete smash a4 um not much to say much more say about the shot really it's gotta be down there oh it's turning it's turning it's gonna miss the green left it might be short actually as well that should be okay though it'll be down there. So rick with a little bit uh well we'll say we're equal distance from the pin yeah let's not let's not get too boisterous about this let's stay friendly about it i'm gonna hit two irons i wanna hit the green this time. So i have four ryan so you can read what you want into that oh he's played it lovely he's bang on it is it the right club oh he's sure as well as well craic i must be well i must be well sure i didn't think i'd hit it amazingly all right okay i've hit it down the line was not perfect. But it's down there chip it a foot we should be making birdies chipping up sorry quite a bit short of this green actually so here's the pin i said 250 to the pin which just come up a bit short i'm on the front edge just here which probably just not hit the greatest shots i don't connect with mine brilliantly uh all going with pete. So he's going to run a 52 it's slightly down the hill i'd say pins up there i'm just here just off the edge. So i'm going to play a little 99 bump. And run shot in a minute as well and it's uh i've just got to beat pete on this hole only paying out two pints oh it's hopping and skipping and jumping that's not bad it's getting up there yeah nice shot probably not as close as he'd like it like it. But it's not too bad oh actually he's disappointed you can tell by his face he's disappointed yeah he's disappointed. So very disappointed in mine to be fair a little bit scuffy with the strike left myself the 15-footer rick looks like he's got a little nine-nine maybe he's gonna chip it up the green let it roll up he's played that very very nicely indeed lovely shot really nice right pete to take it to four under wouldn't you score b so four under for nine holes not a bad little score for two for teaching professional yeah. But i must be a couple of now i must be out two under i've got this i know i must be one i've got this for two under so this is. For pete's at least one of his pints ouch i can take that kind of yeah i feel like i've just taken it well this to uh just grab the uh pint right out my hand no good up. And down am i that was good up. And down though thank you guys well well thank you very much for watching good morning good match very good match you won the actual match but we were i know double.
