Hi guys my name is Rick shields down here at traffic golf century Manchester today.
And we've got a heads up between the knight covert 2.0 tour which is the best night driver that I've hit. So better than the covert normal one to the normal covert 22.0 so I've got this in 9.5 setting because again it's the best I've hit in that setting against the ping i20 5 which I currently see is the reigning champion. So far I've got it in my favourite loft at 10 degrees a little bit higher than the night obviously loft is. So dependent now on the on the centrist of gravity on these golf clubs because tell them how I've come out saying that loft it high because their central gravity is. So low each club now has got their own suitable off for each kind of player so this is 9.5. And 10 degrees I've got them in stock stiff shafts so I've got this what the night in the kuru cage stiff flex 60 gram and I've got the ping in the just the standard PW 65 in stiff shafts so very very similar shaft as well like say stock and went exactly identical so there's no difference from the length of the golf clubs here obviously design on the head is very very different you've got the big bold red of the night. And then.
The racing stripes of the ping Club so very very different in designs on the club head and different technologies certainly in the back with the cavity here in the tour we're really the only thing that ping don't have got some tungsten weights in the back to help it spin less so that's good let's give it a crack I'm gonna hit three real golf balls on gt2 with each golf I'm gonna alternate the two and then.
We'll see which one of these going furthest currently the ping has managed to beat every golf club. And it's been put up against so last week it beat me the two colorways it beat the SLD are to see if it now today.

And it's nice honor as the Challenger let's say it's not a bad start it's come out a little bit low to 6 1 now when I was testing this that's not a far away from the average that I was hitting this golf club it's a two six one. But we'll see now if we can get it up to thee I said I 25 was ripping it last time I tested it. And it's done it again through seven eight so a phenomenal start for the ping guy 25 that's gone 17 yards further so a pretty decent first hit for the i-25 let's go back to the pink throw it to the ping tonight looks wise I like em both there's nothing that separates these do golf clubs look wise that's bound to personal opinion there's a big United fan hopefully they don't get too many dislikes I seen a hit fun I do like the actual night read on this okay I've hit up nicely again that is a good hit two seven three that's more like the distance. And guys I am warmed up to have hit golf shots already just been testing the new callaway x2 hots so i'm ready and raring to go so 276 along yourself I rode the two golf clubs sorry two seven two seven eight was the longest one just look I'm not biased. But I do love this pink I love it 274. So not a great deal separates these two golf clubs just yet you know that first night one probably let it down a little bit but again this is not just the longest drive video this is also kind of needs to be it needs to be a consistent you only need to be artistic consistently a long way as well. So forgiveness is a big issue in this as well okay we've got two more one shot each I think Peters got the night it's going to put a big one out there to knock the ping off its perch they could much louder noise the night to 6/5 just not quite got it than I can distance wise anyway. And I did test that I excited testing it. And for me when I did it. And that was very very similar numbers to what I was getting at the good thing with dt2 because it's very close data doesn't really matter on the day particularly too much. So the weather conditions don't affect as long as hitting real golf balls okay right I think this is a victory lap. For the pink here let's see if it can go out in style see if it can get a biggie it just seems to stay in the air. For so much longer interesting not quite as far two six eight not quite as far as what I expected up to go to beef and it felt pretty middle so maybe it just went off a little bit too high yeah 3,200 it has sprung up a little bit too high. But I think we've got a winner let's let's have a look at the data throw that up on screen. For you so you can see that. So we've got Knight covert or 2.0 with a ball speed of 160 once a pretty hot ball speed I said I would normally look throughout 163 164 decent launch 16.3 decent spin 2700 a tiny bit too high on the spin just a tiny bit. And the carry distance was enough of two six six with the longest golf shots going 273. So not a bad not about hit you know life stay I'm norm about two six eight two six nine on my carry distances so it's about there let's now go to the night I twenty five and I kept twenty five 273 yards of average carry distance that's gone seven yards further so really quite a big big victory to be fair 14 degree launch angle so it's a little bit higher it has spawn higher than what I was getting the other day at spawn at 2,900. So whether I've just been hitting it slightly off the bottom or not quite hitting it well felt like I was hitting them all right to be fair the longest distance was two seven eight. And like I said the average was 273 even the shortest shot that hit with the ping was still longer than the average of the Naik guys that's when my challenge today.
Again victorious was the ping i20 five driver there's not much that's gonna hit it don't get wrong the night is an incredible golf tab it is phenomenal I do love hits. And I love the feel of the sandal of the forgiveness level of this golf club but for me so far the ping i25 just seems to be getting out there it seems to be goes so much further guys thanks so much for watching I'm also next.
