I'm gonna be testing the pink s 55 the new kind of players blade. So to speak for ping that they've brought out started off at the 59 58 57 56 and now they've brought out the 55 so things seem to be going down in the numbers certain the lower loft on the better player irons with the higher higher player irons. And since we're going up in numbers. But these are seams. For going down the numbers which is fine it's good a very very very sleek design beautiful looking head I've got a 56 s currently which in the next.
Video I'm going to review these against the 56 s. And see which to win and but sleek look love the way that thunders has 55 at the top it looks very candid James bonding way it looks a bit kind of double-oh-seven very sleek obviously the s the five and the five looked quite similar in in style so they've got their black s and the two 5s in red beautiful looking back a tad but generally when you look at it if you didn't know that it was a new club when you look down at it it almost looks identical to the last one the 56 the loss of change like this is new loft now. And this is one point two five degrees stronger than the old one. So you've got your tailor made great unites everyone that's cranking the lofts try and hit the ball further pinger followed sue unfortunately and and they kind of have to I can understand why they are doing they don't want to be trailing the market with all these monster hitting golf clubs. And not doing anything about it so they've been almost the hand that's been forced a little bit to try and make these clubs a little bit stronger and hopefully that shouldn't mess about too much with the flight characteristics of the golf club and they've not really done a great little different apart from still got this toe weight the tons and weight in the toe beautiful looking top line on this on this leading side nod I am using a demo club so it's not not the official ferrule on this obviously this would be more finished and polished but this is the demo one on because I've had to put in a different shafts I've put in the same shaft as I've got in my my original clubs at the moment. So I've got flight scopes help I'm gonna hit five or six shots for you just to give you a bit of an idea of what these golf clubs are doing how the ball flight is give you a bit of an understanding of what the shots doing. And then.
Like saying the next.
Video I'm going to compare it against the fifty-six. And see which one of those two is winning. And to be fair I'm gonna do a realistic test on myself I'm through a new set of golf clubs. So it might be the 55 should the s 56 is out the way. And hopefully where I can get a new get set golf clubs excited about. So got real golf balls got flying scope set up in the background ice it some shots and see how we fly our solid seemed to be all seem to be strong so it seemed to fly fly quite a bit 176 yards on that first shot so not not about Krakatoa I don't normally hit this is a 7-iron sorry by the way as well if I didn't mention before I don't normally hit a 7-iron that long. So not a bad hit with the new s 55 and as that classic ping look and feel to it a little bit left of target that one but not too far let's see what this thing to get out up 169 again and it just has that that I say it for me because I've been using the s50 sixes for so long this would be the natural progression to go straight into I've tried all the different clubs I do love some of the new clubs from Taylor maiden. And a night clubs lot but to me I've been a ping guy for quite a few years now so this wouldn't be wouldn't be a unusual change for me to go to these new set I sent the way I'm here then.
Oh that's a bit left of target right that sir it's a bad shot for myself there but still feels very very good I would definitely mr. green I'm human by the way 160 I'll get some comments I'm sure on the comments board so generally beautiful looking Golf Club flies just as good as the old things that I've had in the past and certainly not too unforgiving if I just hit one out of the toe that's morto side of center see what distance I get out in that still because possibly these aren't as forgiving as some of the the G reigned in the clubs are at 182 quite a bit further apart let's go heal. So that was just heal side of center give me a little bit of a cut ball flight 165. So even though for there the actual it didn't affect the strike too much the flight was very very good. And it didn't really affect the distance that much honestly awesome awesome Golf Club the new ping s55 love the design love the shape I just think this is this is a club that you should try certainly if you're a kind of mid to low handicapper looking. For something a bit new something bit different to maybe a clunky club maybe you've reduced your handicap this year and you want to treat yourself definitely get the s55 in your hand and give it a bit of a try and the next.
Week I'm going to compare it up against my 56 is that I've got currently in my bag. And let's see out of the 55 in the 56 which are going to be in my bag. For next.
