All right guys welcome back to the channel exciting one this week i'm down here at jcb and we are doing a full week of collaborative content with one of the fastest growing golf youtube channels in the world all the way from the united states it's rick shields. And they've done some crazy things so far including on video a holding one of the part three and also on video a holy one on a par four dude what quit i quit life bro dude i've been a big fan of their channel for a long time and this week we are going to be making loads of videos together to come out on my channel right here make sure you subscribe. And like so you don't miss a single video and also on good good golf youtube channel but before all that i think a nice introduction to the guys from the states here to the uk i'm going to start off with a proper challenge the hardest hole possibly in the world the par 3 17 here a 256 yard hole over water to an island green let's kick things off with a bank [Music] [Applause] [Music]. And here we have it all six members of goodgood and rick shields are here. For an exciting week this is gonna be absolutely epic loads of challenges challenge it on my channel challenges on google's channel before you do anything be sure to jump over there. And subscribe and like all the videos uh this can be pretty epic. And we're kicking off with a real tough one okay no it is it's gonna be tough. But we'll have some fun you've not seen this hole just yet so i'm gonna get your reaction as we drive up there cause it's uh it's pretty epic we're good to go let's get it baby let's go let's go [Music] you ready so you can see a glimpse. And as you get up here you know i don't need to say anything you enjoy you enjoy we might see some balls in the water today.
This guy this guy gets holding ones. For fun so this this is going to be live imagine on this one huh bunker left bunker short right bunker long. So it is currently off here it's 256 from the actual plate plays about to that flag be about 210 pretty much that flag it's like a six iron yeah. But coming to the uk you don't expect it to look like this and then.
We're here in like it's crazy it feels like yeah it's unreal you want to flip the teeth hey that's what we do right now there might be an old english tradition here okay. So we're gonna flip a t to find out what order we're gonna go in i've never done this before so let's give it a whirl okay that was all right the loser has to rake the entire bunk on the right as as we walk through it. So to leave the green we're going to walk through that bunker. And the loser has to rake it behind us and we'll just leave a time lapse on them breaking it i don't i like it right let's go first up grant oh he's done it oh yes oh this looks very very very good go go go go go go go go dude that was in the air he had a forever definitely a five iron that means goodness there's a more pressure i've played this hole before [Music] oh be good be good thanks guys. So two on the green so far bobby you're up next.
I was right back to the cart i had a seven iron i grabbed the six iron uh oh no three three confused all right stephen let's see what you've got oh no no no no get down get down oh no it's not gonna bounce that bounce is good right garrett i'm expecting big things here pal oh yes wow oh yes oh come on do it do it oh not bad these are some golf shots you're right all right micah there's a couple in close there let's see if you can beat those oh this looks tidy as well come back a bit oh it's staying out oh i'm not too worried about that right matt last player [Music] oh that's high oh my goodness safe to go go on get up get up get up oh it just landed on sand me grant garrett are on the green don't like to boast i think i'm closest i think um micah. And matt are in the bunker. And bubby and stephen went left stephen bounced off the tree bubby tbc rick was right i mean this thing is absolutely beautiful i freaking i love this hole um unfortunately i'm not i'm not on the green stuff i'm in the bunker which is totally fine i'm just glad that i made it over the water because we heard bobby's hit a tree. But he's gonna be in a very tough position gotta be honest i was nervous. But i think that's the most nervous i'm gonna be all week. So considering i hit one of the best shots of my life i can settle the nerves a bit more now i'm feeling good honestly that i didn't feel like everyone was talking about nerves i actually felt pretty comfortable over that thankfully i hit a solid shot. But i mean i i think i got about 35 feet. And from the looks of it i think you're going to punt over a ridge. So if i can just two putt i'll be happy it looks like bubby's probably in the water. So i think par is enough to not have to rig the bunker which obviously wow okay. So i thought i thought it was like a peninsula green i thought it connected to land. But it actually doesn't there's a massive bridge here this is. So cool wow dude rick's like a foot i'm gonna go kick his ball in the water what do you say this is. So sick this hole is beautiful i know i would say this is it's gotta be top five par threes that i've ever played maybe even top three i'm not really sure i don't know what i would put ahead of this honestly i might be alive matt has one of the toughest bunker shots in golf. So even if i'm wet i have a chance all right so apparently i'm hitting first i've uh luckily i've made the bunker i mean i'm not too excited about this shot. But i want to make it i want to make sure i'm telling myself it's an easy shot so i can hit a really good shot hopefully get myself in up. And down for par very good sit down that came out super low did you see that all right i think i got a part. But though come on all right here we go a little bit short-sighted but the greens are a little bit quick. So i'm just gonna land on the front side let it roll out that's the plan at least [Music] get him next.
Time [Laughter] colin one of the cameramen who's on the green he said i crossed right in here i took a drop here. So i am actually in last place right now but i'm hitting my third shot steve's hitting his third shot and matt hit a shot and actually had a good shot all i'm thinking about is get it up. And down get in with bogey and hopefully that'll help me not break the bunkers [Music] oh very nice whoa hey sometimes you surprise yourself it's not expecting that thank you brother that was an excellent shot. So uh mike is in a bad situation his ball is really badly plugged in that bunker he's got a bit of green to work with. But not loads unfortunately i uh where it landed is where it stayed. So i got a bit of a fried egg here i'm just going to try to basically get this to the front edge of the green there. And i think it should release it's going to come out with no spin [Applause] [Music] down the slider yes i will take that um just about every day dude that's crazy if he just had an extra foot he was screwed still not on the green. So i got another chip that i can do i just need to be putty that's actually really nice go in steve no very good shot well i uh first impressions of the green. So far i've not hit any putts so far so i'm kind of seeing i think it goes right to left then.
Back to the right this is one of those putts though like i've never put on the screen. So it's one of those things you just kind of hit and hold [Music] come on come on i gotta just barely i think put it to this ridge it should get enough pace hopefully to reach the hole. And i can at least tap in. But i'm also looking to potentially make this too you know a part here could be kind of crazy [Music] that's a great thing what i say oh very good just a two pot that's it oh boy i love that that's like music [Music] [Music] leader in the clubhouse grab me the par the only time i would have made ever made a two on this hole and what a time to make it right a lot of time to make it just off the left downhill [Music] [Applause] [Music] now ricky we don't need to see that [Music] [Applause] [Music] no big deal i got this rapport this would uh keep me safe [Music] welcome to the club yes that feels good that was a good part i'll take that. For an up and down come and join the safe club yeah you're good that was excellent really great. So what are all these this is. For a three as well you come and join this you come and join this ever growing club it feels good boys feels good we're on i don't want to be raking the bunker your only hope is bobby all comes down to this oh my goodness. So aim for five this is whether you're going to do it on your own. Or whether you're going to have a partner with you oh bobby they can do a play-off oh they can do a playoffs straight back to the team it's miss it. And you share in the bunker duty you're actually in a good position because if you miss it you can say oh i meant to do that to help steve. But if you make it be like it's up to you it depends how you want this week to go me and steve just got tattoos together yeah on saturday you want to share it. So you guys are brothers now what are you guys doing you're not going to miss it on purpose try.
