Hi guys my name is Ricky I was down here at traffic all central Manchester. And today.

We're going to be actually hitting the TaylorMade udi the ultimate driving iron from TaylorMade. And this is a golf club. But that's actually not currently on the market and they've not set a release date at all just yet when I spoke to the guys when I got this I got this off the teleme tour van when I was at the open a lot of golfers was using this is they actually said 2015 I'd be surprised if it was that far in advance I really would I'm actually get my hands on one I've been using there I've been testing it I've been enjoying its benefits in its features. And I want to demonstrate some of those to you as well guys I've got this in the two line it does go a little bit stronger you can get it in one iron as well which is 16 degrees. But I've got it in two own which is 18 degrees I've got it in a graphite project X shafts was almost like a hybrid shaft I currently use a - I - I've got a ping i15 - iron at the moment which I like because it gives me that versatility to hit high. And low left and right we're a hybrid I found you just hits it a bit too high and doesn't really give you enough options a different shaping of the golf shot and so this is this is like a chunky kind of tailor-made a top firm ABCB like a chunky version of that. And looks just ridiculously awesome I love the finish on it I love the fact that they've called that ultimate driving iron or UDI very tailor-made of them I'm going to be hitting some real golf balls down here on gt2 m. And we're going to see kind of what it does how it performs how far it carries. And what ball fight we're getting and importantly probably for guys you might want to know is how easy it is to hit I'm going to hit ten shots you might see a bad one because it's not super super easy to hit just because it is a low lofted iron. So if you question you go rush yourself if you're looking at maybe invest in one of these do you hit your 3-wood better. Or do you hit like a longer a four iron. Or a three iron better if it's a fairway wood I would opt to get in a hybrid if it's a long day and then.

This might be a club that's suited to yourself without question so it's got the speed pocket at the end a a long version towing and he'll kind of extra padding so that's going to generate lots of fast ball speed I've also got clubs the guys this is my next.

Review which I'm going to be showing you as well which is the Adams this is a prototype one this is the D H Y. So stay tuned to my channel that one guys you can click the link in the window here if that's live. And I'm going to be hitting that next.

As well. And that's probably one that I've been maybe testing a little bit more so it being inside interesting to have a look at that one right so looks wise behind the golf ball it just looks like a very low off that iron it's got a nice big chunky top-line so it gives it a little bit of forgiveness I love it in the in actually like in the graphite shaft it just looks more like it's not super hard clubs to hit with the graphite like a wood fairway wood hybrid that graphic just gives it that impression it should be a little bit easier to hit right let's hit some shots love the flight just the bullet just comes out so so hot summer carry distance on that one that's come out at 235 yards worth of carry distance two three five and the flight was just exceptional Oh a lot a lot that was really nice of the flight of it 218 carry distance that time. But it's peak height 25 yards in the air actually just missed a bit of that data on that first shot actually so I've not managed to see the peak height of that one but I did carry two three five it's just not quite measured the peak height of it that's have another go it's just a bullet then.

It out. And quite as good but the flight you get off it I mean that's carrying 215 yards that's got to run at least another 15 20 yards minimum on top of that. So in a links condition that is absolutely perfect I'm just going to I'm just hitting off a very small tee here at the moment. And you'll see if I can hit this one a little bit higher see how versatile it is if it can be launched a touch higher. So I'm going to face fraction off more of the left foot that's what I love about two irons the fact that you can hit it low. And high 238 yards of carry distance oh my god that is a big hit. And 36 yards up in the air so a much different ball flight to the first one there off a tiny tick so how how easy is it to hit off the floor as well. So when it hit some of these off the off the deck doesn't want that door to really not super dancin anyway that's the best shot of hit absolutely killed oh my god 247 yards of carry distance I knew as soon as I hit that that was hot off the face after 36 yard of panera thought a little bit higher ball flight with the ultimate driving iron I mean this this could become a lot of golfers replacement. For the driver it could without question you forget it's in a 1 a 1 a in degree so 16 degree and this could replace quite easily a driver 247 oh I just felt like an absolute rocket Oh a little bit further to the right up fan but it felt absolutely amazing 2 3 4 you have been drawing the rest of them that wasn't quite as good as a bit loose but it felt like a very good hit set a couple more just move it to 3/8 what I like about it what I like about it is the fat it gives it a real range of height which like say. For me a hybrid doesn't I struggle to hit a hybrid low so raghava club that you want to hit let's say you play a little bit of linked car for a windy golf condition just why they were. So popular in the open because they gave the golf for an option to hit an iron shot off the tee I mean two three eight out one was carried. And I not an iron off the tee that's accurate but you can control the fly of it a little bit as well where maybe a hybrid might just become a little bit too high sit one more I was a bit Toby that time. So actually interest now far as God so that wasn't hit quite as good 213 it's got a bit less but 213 really really solid connection and the height is just sensational. So for me it's a golf club that if you hit long irons well it's definitely worth a try if you struggle with long irons I mean give it a try. But I don't think it's going to suit you because it's just it is effectively just a powerful one guy in it's not a hybrid it's not a hybrid replacement it's not really even a driver replacement something with a bigger head would probably help you more than a not small it's not small headed. But certainly a flat faced golf club and easy to get off the tee seems a bit easier to hit off the deck you may struggle a bit in rough but that's obviously down to dependent on the quality the thickness of the rough so - I might still work out about the rough but it's going to snag it's going to grab. So again the hybrid is going to have give that option if you're not maybe as accurate you put yourself in the rough a lot one of these are isn't going to help you as much a hybrid again is going to give you that bit of versus got to be clever with your choices with this it's going to be a golf club that will suit a certain golfer a certain golfer who it's long irons well who wants a golf the weather can change the height of the golf shot easily. And they're not scared about hitting a 2-iron yes this is a great golf club if you're a golfer who doesn't really matter about changing the height of the golf shot you're not bothered about that. But you want the golf club that's going to help you get outta trouble it's going to help you you know hit greens etc maybe this isn't the golf ball. But do still try it guys that was my little review of the TaylorMade Tour Preferred udi the ultimate driving iron giving some real data on gt2. And it's a club that currently I'm still undecided about I don't know if it's going to be in the bag. Or not I'm going to look review now with the TaylorMade Ettore the Adams prototype driving I've read almost. And I think that one currently is slightly pitiless don't watch the video guys. And about why that would be guys thanks a lot for watching if you enjoyed the video give it from look you can subscribe by clicking the link down below. And check out the Adams driving hybrid in the windows appear next.

Door thanks for watching guys and we'll see awesome.
