It's early in the morning we've not warmed up I made the mistake of packing my um outfits without taking out the box that's been perfect. For 35 degrees Celsius heat today.
Rick. So somehow I've brought a long sleeve t-shirt I think it was a short sleeve t-shirt. And we've not warmed up it's early doors but we're gonna go out there and play a scramble and see if we can break 65 which I'll be honest I think it's tremendously ambitious yeah it is. But um it'll be fun and eventful I think anything in the 60s will be over the moon with the plane after right off the bat tease ride a cup tees let's go enjoy play well well let's get some birdie sauce today.

For the layup okay mine might be all right you know okay the rough around here at the moment is brutal look look at this lie I've just missed the green not by a long way to be honest with you. And it looks like it's buried down so to make it fair and to make it a real challenge when the other player plays should we drop right okay. So there's no Tino I prefer to lie I don't want to okay I think it's far right we need to get this up. And down I'll tell you what it's not that if it got I just got hit on that bank that's actually surprised me it didn't run out more okay let's drop it wish me luck no that's not great. But oh okay that chew up your Club a lot then.
Yeah I was surprised I didn't run out more I thought I played it nicely yeah shut up slow slow slow very nice well played thank you okay. So we went with Rick's delightful t-shirt and then.
His Mr Green's second shot but mine was much much worse. And then.
My wedge shot in this little chip so if I can hold this now it's a perfect team start working together well if I miss it though Rick make sure you get a good laugh certainly will didn't turn I thought I was gonna come quite a lot off the right it didn't turn ah come on Rick save me well if we do make Bogan the first last time I did that was with Charlie Holden we shot 64.. So let's see what happens yes he's done it easy well done my friend I'm gonna go low today.
I've got a feeling I might not help very much. But we're gonna go low cracking hole down the hill here Par Four second big sweeping dog leg left over that bunker you hit a great one over that bunker yesterday so that's on that Line's good oh my eyes crunched it he's learned how to his driver again well done yeah a driver's feeling better much better well done watched a few old YouTube videos trying to remember what I used to do with my driver okay I'm gonna try to do pretty much a similar shot I might try. And go slow a fraction further left than that one just took it even more out of it but I think that one is pretty much perfect you're coming back yeah nice yours was perfect. But mine's like absolutely perfect I know it was a bit longer okay. So mine and Rick's Drive will pretty much next.
To each other Rick's was just a little bit more of a slope. So it would have affected the ball for like the next.
Shots we've gone with mine it's a bit flatter I've got 270 yards the flag there's a big number two Behind the Green that's where we're aiming at really it's like a writer that I think will be A1 I'm not. So far left that's so far left get over that trap yeah it's somewhere up there. But not good what's really funny is Rick is getting bitten. And chased by loads of flies and it's really really upsetting watch this try and cut one up into it honestly it feels really bad it's like they're actually what's annoying me they're hitting me in the face oh they're in my eye what the hell what can I do can't even a ball that literally hit him in the face oh it's really badly we've seen it seriously have you seen it what can I do here I can't see the ball. So that last clip I recorded was about 10 minutes ago Rick's not hit his shot still because the Flyers are still getting how do you feel I'm not I'm not happy with it there's no working at this shot how I've hit that that good is ridiculous that looks very nice okay surprisingly I'm sure here I thought I absolutely flushed that five iron wedge I like it nice strike yeah a good shot that's a great shot thank you it's very nice Shout okay be a good effort to get inside that one might as well try though not bad go from inside Rick. But two decent shots there okay. For par yeah nice nice work thank you okay third hole we're still getting destroyed by the Flies um it's tough Rick's getting absolutely peppered. So we're gonna try and get through it get through this hole I'm going Three Wood I think we're gonna go drive it's quite tight holeless little cut with a three wood would be delightful is A1 that is the perfect golf shot that was really I'm happy to help the team up with that one because that was nailed it's not normal driver on this tee I think some of the guys in Ryder Cup might go. For it but let's see if we can try. And cut one around the corner [Music] it's a great shape okay after a great C sharp from guy here with three wood I think I've tried to take on too much. And we've lost it in the thick rough um 205 yards to the flag pins at the back it's long in it very long it's not often add smoke or three wood and still have such a long club with into a par for but here we are we're a team we'll do this together through thick old thing through fats. And pins yeah oh it's heavy. But if it rolls might do all right oh look away with that that's not horrendous that's on the front side okay let me go at it straight out it with the floor as well okay that could be really nice oh that's brilliant great shot that looks pin High that feels really good yeah great hit thank you all right look at this now it's mud it's normally we have three cameras the one you're looking at here this one here. And also we have a green view I've just sent one of the camera guys back to get some bug spray so my wonderful for iron that's finished about five foot away from the hole didn't get captured very happy with that shot I must admit it was a right up there okay just falling off the right side you see that yeah I hear you send her home get that sauce very nice one on the par greens when you know they're just rolling you just know it's it's gonna drop one under three three teamwork it's always nice to that first bird in the car isn't it that was that was satisfying that because that's it's a very very challenging pole yeah I've actually a really interesting one. For the Ryder Cup I know it's early in the round but I think cars could win that whole absolutely do you fancy a hole in one next.
Why not to my mate will Davidson caddy who's been on the channel a few times actually gave us this. And I've never used it birdie Spritz bug detergent get on my face clean any box not too much yeah probably 24 Par 3 down the hill back right pin spring clothes have just come on. For a little bit of added extra spice I like it then.
To win it's not going to get there my day probably will do it did do. So I didn't think I was going to get there okay I'm also gonna go seven A.M strike drawing ball get it back there yeah that's coming down the slope though State yeah it's not bad a little bit heavy. But happy with that okay birdie put here on number four quite a long range one. So this will be a bonus of this dropped left to right slightly up the hill let's give it a chance tell you what's giving it a chance it's going to go a little bit low he has a pot though great pull thanks now I've gone too far harder I know I slowed down. So I can put in the end in. For pars one under onto the next.
Which is the cracking hold of it not bad. So far okay hole five unbelievable power fight Rick just said water down the left this is one you can actually really attack if you've got the minerals from what I understand I don't have the minerals as you can see Rick's attempting to have the minerals. For the minerals um this in the Ryder Cup that they're going to play from this tea the shorter T to give the opportunity to make it a bit of an interesting drivable par. For I think throttle strategy though I'll go five I just try. And get one and play and then.
Rick can unleash oh the stripper fur away slight little bottle cut great golf shot thank you I have to get the 150s a little bit more poppage that was actually really nice I honestly even won 50 long Lions I mean the pins 330 away I think front of the green is probably 300. So it's ambitious but let's see what I can do young Ricky Shields could have reached that [Applause] the right side to miss it on that actually mate is that another Fairway though yeah that's all right that could actually be quite good though it's a little bit weak off the heel. But should be safe could not miss left 60 yards after a tee shot here that's found this kind of Slither affairway guys was actually a a b position safe a safe a position it was eighth execution that beat position yeah yeah well this was probably B. For execution but a for position correct right 60 yards I feel like I'm gonna kill that green keeper you're nuts I told you it's annoying okay 60 yards I love that number that foreign Nice Shot pal thank you very much using each other's strengths you know weaknesses. Song with a good drive is actually very getable there's a couple of them challenge because the ninth is a par five where we potentially burning it. So see if we can see even better this in nine. And I think we'll be doing incredible. So six hole Par Four uh up the hill raised green bone collar right inside thick roof on the left which I experienced yesterday straight down the Fairway is the key it's not a long hole. But accuracy is the key yeah you can't go it looks like here you can go quite left. But you can't can you zero do not go left little tight draw straight down the Fairway guy. So well should be fine yeah it should be fine I was. So close to being perfect okay. So guys down there Fairway still and the necessity but we're still on the edge oh God that was hit as well it's gonna be almost exactly the same as yesterday I think yeah Okay. So we've found mine I say the reason they found it is because it's actually quite hard to find it in this stuff we're looking down there. For a bit it is here starting to cover up a little bit not the best lie. But we can do it it was better live than mine mine was in just on the other side of the Fairway in girls room fairly short like this to knee-high very quickly you know what we mentioned this just quickly on the last break something on the match play video we did here. But literally look at that's the Fairway that's like perfect you roll into this stuff like that's horrendous that's not gonna be nice but then.
Look at that as well that is literally you can see it's five yards off the Fairway it's gonna be very light dependent very tough 130 it's playing 137 yards of flag on top of that Hill up there. And got to cover that bunker and then.
The pin's pretty much in the middle of the green I got to smash this picture nice to get through this rough cook quite below spend other balls quite wet I was gonna go in the Trap no I think it's got over no I know it's not it's just. So hard to get the speed okay pitching register two I have dropped it. And not in a nice lie at all let's see if we can muscle it there similar-ish thing get up get up. So come down the front oh wow that wasn't far off and it's ran right down the front okay we've just taken a drop. For a little bit of casual water there on the left-hand side we've gone with mine we need to make up and down here from the front of the green should be pretty good should be like that should I pay for the drawer isn't that it what's mad is this this is actually one of the easy holes on the golf course if you find the Fairway obviously we didn't right to left quite a bit of swing in this no Drop shots needed guy nope we'll do it in all the way in all the way I feel like I'm getting the grip the grips. And the greens today.
Uh having the true. But just not the easiest to read okay summary of the front line. So far I think well as a team like we said with it some good shots when the ones in a bad shot we've both had our old independent hole just help everyone out we've got a good um I think if we can be three under. Or two or three under for this front nine I'll take I think we've got a 38 I think we've got a bird of this hole agreed. And then.
Back now let's go deep and that's got a little silly though still sensible like this bit more and being a bit more cautious sometimes you'll be a bit more going. For it see what happens see if we make more birdies seventh hole par three down the hill playing 174 yards uh pins took left you can't miss left of this pin so I'm gonna go at the number seven Banner in the background in between the number seven and the flag [Music] yeah front edge may be just I think I took too much off it yeah okay same Club seven iron I might change a little bit more aggressive in mind Rick's On The Green. So try and get it right down the flag it's a bit skinny have a little figure feeding no okay on the green got this support it's funny if you've actually seen the uh the other video we filmed here the break 75 slash max player I did with guy I was exactly here like to the to the blade of grass pretty much. And I left it about 10 foot short I'm not gonna do that today.
Geez that was close great pot it's pretty much straight it is pretty much straight really yeah you also coming off the left a bit like nobody went left then.
We're right all right okay that is great put from Rick the nice thing. For me now is just have a free run it not gonna get inside here. So maybe I'll try and hold it so it's quite straight really so let's go for it go ball shouldn't leave that short it's the right line yeah nice couple Single part on your own no help from me you'll get me back into the hole right next.
A very very very long powerful let's get it eighth hole par four five hundred. And twenty five yards so powerful four so it's an interesting hole um I would like to say it's just easier but it's definitely not it's flat as a pancake there's no elevation help. And on the left hand side you will get swallowed up by a massive lake. So Fairways key we unfortunately both put it in left roof yesterday and got kind of caught out Fairway is key [Applause] such a good hair that's the shot keep getting I'll be bouncy it'll be okay other team oh I'm striking it's. So much better just not getting this direction just yet but it'll come start over the left of the two yellow markers maybe the fraction left of that and then.
Cut it back oh yes guyson that is perfect that was very rare shots that actually did exactly what it was gonna do. So as I said on the T I ate that almost as well if I could hit it we've worked out with my t-shirt about 200 280 yards happy with that Par Four we've still got 230 yards left in laughs now you think the radical player is going to be in this little spell. But it gets Tighter and Tighter this is the widest part of the Fairway I think normally. For the members it's a par five but because we're big boys today.
We're gonna play at the par four um I'm gonna have to take the two iron which I'll be honest I'm not massively looking forward to with water all there don't think about it no I'm not this is a big moment. And big moments call for big players yeah oh it's thin might be all right though miss that trap it's in the bunker. But that could have been worse all right two iron as well if you're trying to hit those where you can like hit it quite high with it I think you'll be money okay big high two iron oh I told it it's right lines though oh bunkering next.
To the bunker both found the green side bunk here pin High which is a shame up. And down needed um there's a little Ridge we've got to jump it over how you playing it I'm gonna try and fly it all the way there it's not loads of sand in these bugs it cuts it quite clean committed swing I'll fight it a bit [Music] okay guys not bad there let's see if we can get one closer all right go ah straight oh you've got a nice little oh. So far off mate there's all one of them just didn't quite jump over the bit we wanted okay. So far been a full guy hole nice t-shirt second and bunker can they wrap it up with a nice power we need it I'm seeing this as being pretty straight I might even go inside right Edge. Okay par five ninth hole 587 yards sweeping dog leg up the hill to the left I want to aim at the bunker in between the two bunkers ideally is a good line off this tee oh Ricardo it's pretty good it's an Italian name fitting that t-shirt it's pretty good though right between the two bunkers I'll take that little fade on the last hole I hit the perfect shot. For me a little fade I wanted to see and now I'm trying to draw and let's forget this shot on demand I've cracked Golf and I May's will be on the PJ tour I'll play the radicals I think you'll probably get the captain pick right okay if I can draw this now. And demand so face a little bit open why oh straight with money behind it don't recall any problem okay still a long way into this par five 300 320 yards. So I'm gonna hit three wood and just try and avoid any bunkers and put it in put it in play [Music] oh might be all right but it's a bit less not where I wanted to be [Music] we're in exactly the same house it's so good as well what I feel we are in exactly the same place together hopefully we'll find one of those that was hit that's. So good ah okay not ideal this um however. it could have been worse we've finished under this tree. And it's a little bit more burnt out I think this is my ball we couldn't find guys. And only 82 yards that pin took right behind the bunker remember everything falls but it was tough it was a bit stupid in three would there to be honest. But never mind you live and learn oh that's way too no it's got like 50 yards right trying to get a good lie that's actually not bad that's actually not bad at all okay how far is eight yards yeah I tried to like a flop shot with a lob wedge go oh we're making a mess of this okay terrible terrible compound of Errors. For a great tee shot we both pull Three Wood under the tree we both hit our neck shot short Into the Bunker this is a horrible flag I'm just saying that one of us have been sensible one of us have been silly. And now it's both being silly right I don't know this can take a miracle to get up. And down from here tell you what Miracles can happen go I got caught up besides yeah it's on The Fringe ah go nah because exactly the same pretty much suffering here big errors it's a tricky on this flag's just over this hump it all falls down to the right putter I feel like you've almost got to put it off the off the side of the green this might be a mistake guy. But yeah [Applause] I over hit it it's the easy way of saying that okay. So I'm gonna go for the rich Shields normal approach I don't know what I was thinking I've lost my head. So I was gonna go low that. But stay there not ideal I did not think today.
Would be having a six foot. For bowl game scrambled so they're gonna power five after hitting a great tee shot straight down the middle yeah. So yeah we've made a mess up here real mess up in a scramble [Laughter] okay back nine charge there's a few holes now in a row maybe not this one. But uh 11 12 13 14 are very getable 16 to driveable part four there's birdie chances are plenty there's even hate to say a couple of Eagle opportunities if we're playing aggressive I think we need to now this requires a good tee shot down the middle of the Fairway. But now personally I prefer about that one me too I think it's got a lot more entertainment to it frontline's tough you just got to get through it right come on let's go just right of that bird in the Fairway [Music] it's almost perfect hold your head [Music] I didn't see it down no I can't quite tell a little bit too faded okay I'm also got that bird started a fraction further left great bro that's really good how you made it move that shot okay. So really happy that t-shirt I've got 201 yards up into the flag uphill and there's a really um severe false front and we'll maybe insert a clip from yesterday when we last played of my Chip Shot where I uh got stung by that false front so I don't want to leave this one short I can hit a four iron kind of favor the left side trying out this one up there strike that was nailed yeah safely aboard yeah that one okay I'm gonna go four iron two um some of the shots are guys to be fair maybe let's even get it closer skinny yeah it should be on a bit skinny okay we've got this look at birdie long range one this would really Kickstart about nine after a disappointing end to the front line left to right down the hill do not want to be too aggressive because you could easily put this 30 yards off the green oh my word oh my God literally one more roll. And it's downhill nearly probably two more roles I think everyone watching would happen to give us that sign. So I think we're in. For four pal but see if you make birdie at least we gave it a run right next.
Old drivable Par Four potentially um if not it's a real good bird opportunity that was always gonna be hard that whole get out of the way. For the park eleventh hole Par Four up the hill it's only short 329. um if you are again one of the longer hitters playing in the radical you're going to be going. For this green because there's not that much of a downside as long as you miss right here today.
The pins at the front it was the same as yesterday we needed to leave ourselves a full shot in. So I'm gonna hit Three Wood go about the same I've got two way number three we'll see where yours goes they get judging off that I'm gonna try going just to the right of that that house I'll go exactly where I went yesterday [Music] started absolutely fine okay I'm actually gonna controversially. And this will either pay off. Or just not I'm gonna go three wood off the deck quite Sandy though because I feel like whenever after deck it makes me cut it a bit more and I kind of just want to see a little cut I've got the cop up too much that's rubbish [Music] this should be safe yeah we'll be fine just a long shot okay 112 yards into this pin it's on a raised green. And the pin again from yesterday is very much at the front. So I kind of want to play past the pin but also want to get a bit cute that should be fine might just be a touch past actually but not bad should be it's past the pin it wasn't quite as uh as cute as I was going. For I think you're super cute here guy all right then.
Okay super cute I've never been cute before I can try now 112. we actually try. And land it short or the flag of our supply oh yeah yeah that's actually really good you know really cute really cute little cutie okay after two nice shots into that I pitched it past kind of played it a little bit safer guy it was very unfortunate actually played it short of the pin which all we could really ask. For it hit the Downs open and just stopped quick so we've got this kind of slippery one down the hill it is a slippery one. So much breaking it I feel like it's going to come off this right side I think that actually might be more than it looks you know I think there's quite a bit to this okay I do I watch yours wow that really did go it's a good put as well really good put okay come on Apostle is nice. And warm at the start of this round let's see if we can heat it back up again you fool oh fool I feel like I've been leaving a few too many pups short recently right in. For four very very good chance not good okay 12th hole. And look at this review this is the highest point of the golf course. And in fact maybe it looks a little bit too murky today.
But over that direction you can see Rome. And Norma Saint Paul's Cathedral elevated tea shop par five it sweeps down the hill then.
A ski slope on its way to the green really good tee shot needed gotta hit a belter on here yesterday let's see if we can get another one of those at the blue Tower yeah if you're gonna hit long well which actually will help you while you can go quite a bit further left than that when you've got the blue Tower. And hopefully I pull it a touch foreign that's so good though it could have taken quite a bit more off but it is money great shot that's it perfect that's. So great nice all right you can go tiger live now that I really am well quiet it's terrible [Music] I always try because I knew I wasn't playing straight into the ground okay after a perfect Drive Right we've got 216 yards left into the flag I'm gonna go four iron come on we need to make eagle this boat this large is going to get it to draw Just a Touch oh that could stay there stay there stay stay stay stay stay it's staying oh yeah that's fine that just short agree of the uh green. But why am I didn't know I was going to be sure just off the green. But probably about 15 footer for Eagle okay I'm also going. For Ryan the exact same four iron hit some of these uphill shots a bit fat this week we've been playing here so it needs to be a nice clean straight play for that draw off the slope oh beef really good one what's your shape kicking if anything it moved slightly right thank you mate good effort Eagle opportunity here on the 12th you feeling it I am actually slightly right to left it's a little bit of a Sandy approach oh turns a bit more than you think yeah. And as soon as you go on the green it really got rolling nicely oh that's a bad pot need anything right it's nice running for birdie [Music] yeah well then.
It's your own bedding nice the sauce two on the park come on easy part three next.
Holding one chance I think this is a beautiful hole it's gonna be. So interesting for the radical up 13th part three we are pretty I mean the furthest this whole will play probably 150 yards even if the tea was at the back. And the pin was at the back today.
It's playing 116. pins at the front gap wedge in hand come on we need to break a five gear guy with anger over the ball with the ball okay it's a bit safe that's perfect I could feed in as well it's a little bit safe doing that full swinging 50 then.
No it's probably like 90 90 I reckon you can really go. For it pick a window in that house and okay I've got one [Music] it's a bit thin. But it could be in the hole oh go in it's been hard Nice Shot really nice shot mate a bit clean but it'll do take it well Rick's was a very professional golf shot I went. For safety you went straight for it he's playing the baller today.
Though that's that's what's nice. For Rick seals today.
He's coming on the golf course a lovely Ryder Cup golf course in the sun knowing he's playing Scramble with an absolute baller it must be a nice wreck does it to get to three under nice solid as a rock three on the par let's go 14th hole Par Four sweeping down dog leg down to the left. And we want to stay on The Fairway to the right of that bunker and it's a great really interesting green this this next.
To these next.
Two holes are probably our trickiest two left to play. So if we can pick up a birdie through these two would be very very happy come on straight down the obviously that line at the Fairway line what you call on that okay I think he's done almost exactly what I asked of him yeah it's a great shot we're in the Fairway wasn't it most nutted strike look. But it's in the Fairway Fairways of that essential here you'll take them not quite nutted ones if it means you're in the Fairway okay try. And do something similar let me go fraction further left just to give us a shorter shot in. But it's got a good one in the can already yeah good ball it's coming back in as well a bit perfecto that is Middle Line yep after a great t-shirt this is ideal position 191 yards well 199 yards. But playing 191 to the flag and to be honest anything past the flag is good anything short is dead yeah there's a big false front. So I took a club that is actually should be on paper a bit too much because I just don't want to get sucked into going short I've hit a bad one it goes short that's kind of one thing. But I don't hit a good one that I think is tracking. For the flag and it come up short that'll be annoying too much shape but oh geez okay six iron I mean that's that's on let's see if we can play aggressive oh you idiot here I get stuck there I was trying to hit it high off a downhill eye damn okay. So we've got I'm actually really happy with this shot I know it sounds silly because it's quite a long way past but I did not want to come up short. So we've got at least a very very long chance of Birdie it's not really a chance of Birdie though let's be honest it's a chance of a two put Power and move on Rick loan from mine please no I feel like I want you to be aggressive. But if you get too aggressive we're going to try. And play for the break and just get up there go on then.

Hole we mentioned it on the front line there was a really tough hole the eighth I actually think this next.
Soul is actually the toughest hole in the golf course. So we need to get through this with the power it's getting hot it is it's like there's long sweep I'm trying to pull up these long sleeves as far as I can get much cheaper there yeah anyway 15th let's see if we can make a very unlikely birdie 15th hole Par Four up the hill dog leg right 480 yards requires Perfection off the tee. And nothing less got the two men for the job then.
I'm just gonna go straight at that blue box in the background oh stay on The Fairway God I feel like it's close but not quite there I think you know what as well. Or genuinely I feel like those shots are normal course you'd be more than getting away with it it feels like I've just sit in a Waterhouse you'd be absolutely fine okay then.
Time to hit a fairway finder that's what I was probably to do Channel called committed swing you feel like Victor hobling [Music] put it down [Music]. And while I'm straighten up that might just be in that little cut between the Fairway and the rough let's hope 190 yards we're playing 200 the pin is right at the front. So we're going to try. But long 176 yards pin seven irons in hand yeah I can't 30. 30 Eagle finish oh that could be a hole in one finish getting locked all over it oh it's really good great sure it just lasted a flag great shot thanks pal okay I'm also gonna go seven iron Mega that's actually even better came to play yeah no shots there kill okay I'll tell you what I didn't realize it was this close it was very close I brought my Pottery. And after the front nine that we had and you're wearing this top and the Flies what a golf course though what a golf course so here we go pal 18th hole par five good health 597 yards a monster don't know if we can get there in two it's gonna have to take a few big cracks right Eagle would break 65 with it Eagle would get us in at 64 yeah see what we can do it'll be a hell of about nine to be fair insane in between those two bunkers oh wow missed that trap all right bounce in there might bunker that guy. So slightly right that would be ideal play right of it shut down the path well let's hope we're not in the bunker okay we've managed to get lucky I thought I was gonna go in that bunker we shot that bunker we're just in this fluffy rough It's a grand total of 290 yards left to the flag. For a moment we've been debating is it three wood is it driver I think there's too much stuff to get over.
